Belle the Agency is a small marketing studio on Kauaʻi. We work with local businesses of all kinds, from boutiques and restaurants to fabric shops and makers. Our specialty is finding what makes your business unique and telling that story online.

Founder / Creative Director
Originally from Oregon, Cloe studied Business and Marketing before making Kauaʻi home. She’s worked in marketing since 2018, helping brands across Hawaiʻi and the mainland bring their ideas to life through thoughtful strategy, storytelling, and design. She founded Belle the Agency out of a love for creating meaningful brands and helping businesses grow in a way that feels natural, elevated, and true to who they are.

Marketing Manager
Candace helps turn your brand ideas into marketing that feels clear, intentional, and true to you. At Belle, she works across social media, content, branding, and digital strategy, bringing the creative details and bigger picture together to help your brand show up consistently and with purpose. She takes the time to understand what makes each brand unique and approaches every project with the same care and attention she’d give her own.
